So you realized you’re autistic and/or an adhder…now what?
SIGN UPS ARE OPEN FOR MARCH 2026!
Created and led by a late-diagnosed AuDHDer clinician, Teresa Koro (they/them), this therapy support group is for 18–25 year olds in California and Washington who are currently enrolled in college and identified their neurodivergence later in life. Self-diagnosis is welcome. This is a space to connect with others navigating the post-diagnosis journey, make meaning of your experiences, and explore identity in community.
Group goals include building connection with like-minded peers, increasing a sense of belonging, and supporting participants in living more authentic, sustainable neurodivergent lives. Each meeting offers space to seek support and share experiences related to topics such as masking and unmasking, burnout and recovery, friendships and dating, self-advocacy, navigating accommodations in academic settings, internalized ableism, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, identity shifts after diagnosis, and redefining success on your own terms.
This group centers validation, curiosity, and mutual support—honoring the realities of being neurodivergent in systems that were not built with us in mind.
Time & Financial Commitment:
The group meets every Thursday of the month from 5-6:30 PM Pacific time.
There is a $60 fee per meeting ($240-$300 for the full month) with 3 sliding scale spots available per cohort.
