  • Take your time to read through our website and learn about us. If you sense that one of our providers may be a good fit based on what you see, you can send us a message and ask to set up a consultation.

During the free consultation, you can ask questions about their approach or anything specific to your needs. You’ll also be able to share what’s going on in your life and you can decide together how they may be able to help.

Each therapist’s approach is not going to work for everyone. What’s most important is that you find someone who you feel is the right fit for you.

If you aren’t connecting with your therapist or just don’t feel comfortable opening up (even after several sessions), it’s time to consider a switch.

  • Of course, we’ve got you! If we aren’t a good fit at the end of our assessment process, we’ll provide referrals to other trusted and vetted neuroaffirming providers that we feel would be a good match with you.

Maybe it’ll be awkward, uncomfortable and/or overwhelming. Going to therapy even when you are nervous isn’t easy, but neither is pushing through when you need support. It take’s courage to look for help and the fact that you’re here means you’re ready to take the next step.

Therapy is a space where we want you to be your full self, just as you are. We’re committed to finding a way to care for your nervousness and ensure sessions are as comfortable as possible.

We’re here if you want to talk about it during a free phone consultation.

  • Absolutely! Please know that unless you are suicidal, harming yourself, or someone else, what you say in sessions stays between you and your provider. There is nothing more important than your privacy.

Rest assured that you can talk about anything without fear of that information getting out. If you have specific questions about how confidentiality works, you can ask during your during a free phone consultation or anytime during our work together.
