Our pricing and flexible payment options reflect our dedication to supporting you in the best ways possible.
At Neuron & Rose Psychological Services, we are not in the business of gatekeeping care.
We firmly believe that everybody deserves to be cared for. Whether it’s an evaluation for autism, therapy sessions, or gender-affirming care, we want to be able to meet you where you are financially as well as mentally.
Regardless of the support you’re looking for, we always start with a free, 15-minute consultation so you can get your specific questions answered, learn more about our approach, and see if we’re the right fit for your needs. If we’re your vibe, awesome! We can talk about pricing starting with the information below. Even if we’re not the right team for you, we always make sure we provide referrals to other vetted, neuroaffirming therapists and clinicians that may be better suited to help support you.
Pricing for Evaluations
Our Deep Dive Evaluation packages typically average around $5,300. Clients have the option to pay in full or through monthly installments. Final pricing may vary based on individual needs and evaluation add-ons so please contact us for a more accurate, personalized quote.
Pricing for Therapy
At Neuron & Rose we bill for therapy services at hourly rates. These rates are dependent on the team member you’re seeing for your session.
Licensed Psychologist - $300 an hour
Licensed Therapists or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (MSWs) - $275 an hour
Post-Doctoral or Psychological Associates - $225 an hour
Doctoral Externs - $200 an hour
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Left Bottle
The highest dollar cost reflects the true cost of the class or service. It is the cost that the practitioner would charge all participants in the absence of a sliding scale. This fee also helps to cover all materials used.
If you have access to financial security, own property or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services.
If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life, you have economic privilege and power in our community. This price is for you.
Like we said before, we don’t gatekeep care around here. If you’re ready to begin, we’re here to work with you, which is why we offer multiple payment options for evaluations. If you’re unable to make a full upfront, we have a couple of options for you.
Financing Through CareCredit
Neuron & Rose is pleased to accept the CareCredit health and wellness credit card, designed exclusively for healthcare services with special financing options.
This option offers 0% APR financing over 6- or 12-month terms, allowing you to pay in manageable monthly installments.
This is all subject to credit approval and minimum monthly payments are required. Contact us for more details if this sounds like the option for you.
Pay-What-You-Can Program
This Economic Justice Sliding Scale is designed to support individuals who may not be able to afford the full fee. We’ll ask you to share a specific amount you’re financially comfortable contributing; please note we cannot accept a range.

Middle Bottle
The middle costs reflect the our acknowledgement that paying the full cost would prevent some folks from being able to attend, but who do not honestly find themselves reflected in either descriptions for the highest cost or the lowest.
If you are struggling to conquer debt or build savings or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc., you belong here.
Right Bottle
The lowest cost represents an honest acknowledgment by the N&R team that there are folks whose economic circumstances would prevent them from being a part of classes if there was not a deliberate opportunity made for them to access services at a cost that is reflective of their economic realities.
If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, you probably belong here and you deserve a community that honors your price as equal an economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier.
